🧮Methodology & Sources (honest notes)
- Live data: network TPS from TronScan’s public API and TRX price from CoinGecko, refreshed every 60s when reachable; otherwise curated fallbacks are used and labeled.
- Manually verified: marketplace energy prices are compiled by our team and dated (verified 2026-08-07). They are not live scraped.
- Burn reference: the network energy burn price (in SUN) is set by TRON governance — we use the reference value of 100 SUN and flag the verification date.
- TEI/TFHS: our own weighted indices (price level 50%/congestion 30%/volatility 20% and mirrored health weights). Full formulas are documented in the data module data/tron-energy-data.js.
⚡ The Bottom Line
