Every USDT TRC20 transfer you make costs TRON Energy — whether you hold it, rent it, or let the network burn TRX. Here is what it costs right now:
Computed by our USDTGuides Energy Calculator from TronScan, CoinGecko and manually verified marketplace prices (verified 2026-08-07). See how we calculate →
📄Step-by-Step
- 1Go to Wallet → Withdraw
Search for USDT.
- 2Select network
TRC20 — the cheapest option.
- 3Paste your T-address
Preferably from your whitelist.
- 4Enter the amount
Above the minimum (~1 USDT).
- 5Confirm with 2FA
Authenticator or SMS.
- 6Save the TXID
Track on TronScan.
Before the first withdrawal, complete the first-withdrawal checklist: whitelist the address, send a 10 USDT test, then the full amount.
📄Use the Address Whitelist
Binance lets you whitelist withdrawal addresses (free withdrawals to whitelisted addresses are also a perk on some tiers). Enable it — a whitelisted address cannot be silently changed by malware or phishing. Add your personal wallet’s T-address once, and always withdraw to it.
Enable 2FA with an authenticator app, not SMS alone. SMS hijacking is a known attack path (phishing guide).
| Security Layer | What It Stops | Setup Time |
|---|---|---|
| Address whitelist | Malware replacing your address | Minutes, once |
| 2FA (authenticator) | Account takeover via password | Minutes, once |
| Withdrawal confirmation email | Immediate notification of attempts | Automatic |
| Daily withdrawal limit | Damage cap if compromised | Settings |
📄Fee and Minimums
Binance’s TRC20 withdrawal fee is ~1 USDT with a ~1 USDT minimum. Fees change — always read the withdrawal page. For fee math across exchanges, see our comparison.
📄Confirming Arrival
Copy the TXID → TronScan → status Success → recipient is your address → your wallet updates. If it shows Success but your wallet is empty, check that you selected TRC20 (not ERC20) at withdrawal.
One subtlety: “Success on-chain” and “arrived in wallet view” can differ by seconds. TronScan is the truth; the wallet display catches up. Only worry if the TXID does not exist or shows Fail.
📄What If It Fails?
Withdrawal rejected → check whitelist, 2FA, daily limits. Withdrawal stuck “processing” → wait 30 minutes, then open a support ticket with the TXID.
