Ethereum charges gas in ETH based on network congestion, and popular hours can push a simple transfer above $10. TRON and BNB Chain use a resource model (energy/bandwidth) and their native token prices are low, so equivalent transfers cost a fraction of a dollar.

ERC20 and BEP20 addresses both start with 0x — identical formats on different chains. Sending BEP20 to an Ethereum address looks correct but the funds land on the wrong chain. TRC20’s distinctive T-prefix eliminates that class of error for TRON.
